Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
At Live Trade, we are committed to conducting all of our business activities in an ethical, transparent, and responsible manner, with full respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms.
As part of this commitment, we maintain a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking and take appropriate measures to prevent such practices throughout our operations and supply chain.
1. Our Commitment
Live Trade does not tolerate modern slavery, forced labor, or human trafficking at any stage of its operations or within any part of its supply chain.
We are committed to protecting the rights, dignity, and well-being of our employees and to providing a safe, fair, and respectful working environment in accordance with applicable laws and recognized international labor standards.
2. Supply Chain and Compliance
We expect all of our suppliers, contractors, business partners, and other relevant stakeholders to operate in compliance with applicable local labor laws and internationally recognized human rights standards.
We consider transparency, integrity, and high ethical standards to be fundamental principles throughout our procurement and supply chain processes. Where appropriate, we assess our business relationships to identify and address potential risks associated with modern slavery and human trafficking.
3. Recruitment and Employee Rights
All individuals working for Live Trade are employed on a voluntary basis and in accordance with applicable employment laws.
We do not permit forced, bonded, or involuntary labor under any circumstances. Appropriate identity and employment eligibility checks are carried out as required by law.
The retention, confiscation, or restriction of employees' personal documents, including passports, identification cards, or other official documents, is strictly prohibited.
Employees are entitled to fair working conditions and must be treated with dignity, respect, and without discrimination or coercion.
4. Reporting and Whistleblowing
Employees, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders who become aware of, or have reasonable concerns regarding, any suspected violation of this policy are encouraged to report the matter to Live Trade management through the appropriate reporting channels.
We are committed to ensuring that individuals who raise concerns in good faith are protected from retaliation, discrimination, or any form of adverse treatment as a result of making a report.
All reported concerns will be taken seriously and reviewed appropriately.
Responsibility
Live Trade Senior Management is responsible for the implementation, oversight, and regular review of this policy.
We are committed to continuously improving our practices and taking appropriate action to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place within our business operations or supply chain.
