The payment must be transferred to the bank account details provided by Live Trade, and any applicable bank transfer fees or commissions are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
To help us identify and process your payment promptly, you may be required to upload the relevant payment receipt or transaction confirmation through the Platform.
Please ensure that the payment reference and billing information are accurate and correspond to the registered member or company information.
Payment Verification
For security and compliance purposes, Live Trade may verify payment information before activating a membership, service, or other paid feature.
If the payer's information does not reasonably correspond with the registered member, company, or billing information, Live Trade may request additional verification or supporting documentation.
Where payment cannot be adequately verified, Live Trade reserves the right to delay, reject, or refrain from activating the relevant membership or service until the payment has been successfully verified.
