These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Live Trade website, platform, applications, features, and related services ("Platform") operated by Live Trade ("Live Trade", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, registering with, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

Live Trade is a B2B platform designed to facilitate business networking, company discovery, product and service promotion, commercial communication, and business opportunities between companies and professional users.

Live Trade provides the technological infrastructure that enables members to connect and communicate. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Live Trade is not a party to transactions, contracts, negotiations, quotations, purchases, sales, shipments, or other commercial arrangements between members.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended primarily for businesses, companies, entrepreneurs, professionals, and other users acting for legitimate commercial purposes.

By registering, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
The information you provide is accurate and complete;
You have the authority to represent the company or organization you register on behalf of, where applicable;
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and
Your use of the Platform will not violate the rights of any third party.

Live Trade may refuse or restrict access where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

3. Account Registration and Security

Certain features of the Platform may require registration and the creation of a user account.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete registration information and for keeping such information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You must immediately notify Live Trade if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a security breach involving your account.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared with unauthorized individuals.

4. Company and Business Information

Members are responsible for ensuring that all company profiles, product listings, service descriptions, contact information, certifications, documents, images, prices, and other information submitted to the Platform are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Live Trade may review, verify, modify, restrict, or remove information where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity and security of the Platform or its users.

Verification of a company or account does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty by Live Trade regarding that company, its products, or its services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You must not:

Provide false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information;
Impersonate another person, company, or organization;
Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
Introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technologies;
Interfere with the operation, availability, security, or integrity of the Platform;
Scrape, copy, harvest, or systematically collect Platform data without authorization;
Use automated systems or bots in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Platform;
Upload or publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
Distribute spam or unauthorized commercial communications;
Use the Platform for money laundering, bribery, corruption, sanctions violations, or other prohibited activities;
Circumvent security measures, access restrictions, or technical limitations; or
Use the Platform in a manner that could damage Live Trade, its users, partners, or reputation.

6. Products and Services

Members may publish information about products and services offered by their businesses, subject to applicable laws and Platform requirements.

Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their products and services are lawful and comply with applicable regulatory, safety, labeling, licensing, certification, export, import, and other requirements.

Live Trade does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, legality, authenticity, or performance of products or services listed by members.

Live Trade may restrict or remove listings that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or Platform policies.

7. Business Transactions

Live Trade facilitates connections between businesses but does not generally participate in transactions between members.

Members are solely responsible for evaluating potential business partners and conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into any commercial relationship.

Any agreement concerning price, payment, delivery, product quality, quantity, warranty, shipping, customs, taxes, returns, or other commercial terms is solely between the relevant parties unless Live Trade expressly provides otherwise.

Live Trade is not responsible for losses arising from transactions, communications, agreements, or disputes between members.

8. User Content

Users may submit text, images, documents, company information, product listings, advertisements, reviews, messages, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant Live Trade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and use the content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and promote the Platform and its services.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit such content.

Live Trade reserves the right to remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its underlying technology, software, design, databases, interfaces, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Live Trade unless otherwise stated.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written authorization from Live Trade.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Live Trade's intellectual property to you.

10. Payments and Paid Services

Certain Platform features, memberships, advertising services, subscriptions, or other services may require payment.

Applicable prices, payment methods, billing periods, renewal terms, and other conditions will be presented before the relevant transaction is completed.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or financial institutions. Such transactions may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant provider.

Users are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information and for paying all applicable fees when due.

Additional payment terms may apply to specific services.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, subscription renewals, and related matters are governed by the applicable refund, cancellation, and service-specific policies published on the Platform.

Where applicable, statutory consumer or commercial rights remain unaffected.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected and processed through the Platform is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Live Trade's Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that certain information may be collected and processed as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Platform and its services.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any personal information they provide or share through the Platform is processed lawfully and with appropriate authorization.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, payment providers, applications, or other resources.

Such third-party services are not controlled by Live Trade, and their availability, content, security, and practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

Live Trade is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or performance of third-party services.

14. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain a reliable and secure Platform; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security incidents, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Live Trade reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform where reasonably necessary.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Live Trade does not warrant that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for every particular business purpose.

Information provided through the Platform should not be considered legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice.

Users are responsible for making their own independent business and commercial decisions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Live Trade shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from or relating to:

Use or inability to use the Platform;
Business transactions between members;
Information provided by members or third parties;
Loss or interruption of business opportunities;
Unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond Live Trade's reasonable control; or
Third-party services or systems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live Trade, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:

Your violation of these Terms;
Your unlawful use of the Platform;
Your User Content;
Your infringement of third-party rights; or
Your transactions or commercial relationships with other users.

18. Suspension and Termination

Live Trade may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform where reasonably necessary, including if:

You violate these Terms;
You provide false or misleading information;
Your account is used for fraudulent or unlawful activities;
Your activities create a security, legal, or operational risk;
You infringe the rights of Live Trade or third parties; or
Continued access is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

You may terminate your account in accordance with the applicable account cancellation procedures.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

19. Changes to These Terms

Live Trade may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, services, business practices, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations.

Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Live Trade and its place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the competent courts and authorities determined in accordance with applicable law.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The affected provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent as far as legally possible.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Membership Agreement, Payment and Installment Policy, and any other policies or terms expressly referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Live Trade concerning your use of the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms
